Shawn Julian is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Julian Organisation. He is responsible for developing the Organisation’s long-term vision, business strategy and future portfolio.

Based in London, UK, Shawn’s ambition is to build a diversified private business group capable of developing businesses across multiple industries while maintaining a consistent focus on quality, innovation, responsible leadership and long-term value creation.

Early Life

Shawn was born in London in 1990. His early experiences shaped his resilience, determination and desire to build something of lasting significance.

Adolescence

At the age of 16, Shawn was offered the opportunity to attend the Air Training Corps. Although his experience was challenging and ultimately short-lived, it contributed to his understanding of discipline, resilience and personal determination.

Education & Early Career

Shawn attended college and completed a BTEC National Diploma in Health & Social Care.

His professional experience has included roles across a number of sectors, including the NHS, retail and hospitality. These experiences provided exposure to different working environments, customer needs and organisational structures.

Building the Julian Organisation

Over time, Shawn’s interest in entrepreneurship developed into a broader ambition: to build a private family business group that could develop across generations.

Julian Couriers represents the beginning of that journey and is being developed as the Organisation’s first operating business.

Shawn’s interests extend across a wide range of industries, including technology, transportation, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, entertainment, finance and other areas of commercial development.

As Founder, Shawn provides the strategic direction for the Organisation while developing the businesses, relationships and infrastructure required to support its long-term growth.
